The First Official House Tour

Admittedly, I could have done a video tour before this, but somehow the house feels so much housier with walls (surprise!). And brighter. Plywood and studs are kind of dark. I was delighted to discover that despite it being mid-afternoon on one of the warmest days we've had this summer, it was fairly comfortable inside. Kind of like our insulation is doing its job even though there's no a/c right now.

Also, when we get upstairs and I mention making the HVAC "go away," what I actually mean is "put a wall in front of it." We will not be removing the ductwork when we finish that room.
